I used the power cord for a week before it completely stopped working. I checked the power source with other plugs (cell-phone charger) and they work. Threw my shipping stuff away after I tried it and it worked, so now my Garmin is dead and I have to buy another charger.

The product is great, but I don't think I would go witht hte same supplier. I paid extra for shipping so I could get it overnight. Instead when I hadn't got it in a week, I found out that it was shipped to Miami, and well I live in NH. So it was another four days to get the charger. That was disappointing.
