Works as advertised. The stock TOMTOM mount is not long enough to work with the dashpad that I had. This one does.

Bought product to secure my new TomTom GPS on a friction-fit dashboard support.
TomTom comes with a quite decent suction-device for windshield mounting, but that is illegal in California.
Unit does exactly what it claimed to do and that at a great price.
Happy to recommend this product.
